Another business win for Data Power Limited!

Data Power Limited in partnership with GGR Communications Ltd Cisco specialist, is celebrating winning a four year tender with the government Water Services Regulation Authority, OFWAT.

The contract will see us overseeing responsibility for any moves, adds and changes to the power and structured cabling at OFWAT’s Centre City Tower premises in Birmingham.

Data Power & GGR triumphed in a competitive procurement to secure a further four year contract, after their current three year contract with the water and sewerage systems regulation body for England and Wales came to an end in May.

Data Power will maintain the entire network cabling & electrical power supplies by working on a Service Level Agreement (SLA) call out basis.

Steve Lowe, Operations Director at Data Power said “We are delighted to have been awarded the contract with OFWAT again.

“We have built an excellent relationship with them during the course of the last contract period and we feel this puts us in an optimum position to provide them with the best possible service.”

The contract will be carried out in partnership with GGR Communications, a Cisco specialist based in Droitwich, who will be responsible for managing the help desk & SLA.

Data Power Limited launched in 2003, and specialises in Network Infrastructures and Data Centre Design and Build, Electrical Design and Installation and Build and Air Conditioning. It has 13 team members based at its head office in Kings Norton Business Centre and a UK network of contractors.
